Shipping Methods
We regularly ship via USPS, instant digital download, and email, though other options may be available upon request.
- We ship orders within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays.
- Most orders of non-digital items are sent via USPS First-Class Mail, which usually takes one to three business days to arrive. We are located in Florida, so please allow for longer shipping times to the West Coast.
- For physical items above $10, a tracking number will be issued.
- Please make sure your shipping information is correct during checkout, as incorrect information is the leading cause of delays and shipping problems.
- Shipping costs are included in the purchase price.
- Coupons and promotion codes offered via email are usually sent after receiving your payment. You don't need to email us. We'll process your order as soon as we can, so you can use your coupon quickly. If you are in a hurry, don't hesitate to contact us.
Customer Service
We pride ourselves on our customer service.
- In the rare event that you have a problem with your item, please contact us first, before opening a case with PayPal or your credit card company.
- Please contact us in a timely fashion and we will be happy to help.
- Note that when you open a case with your credit card company, we get charged an enormous fee, even for a 99-cent transaction. We have families to feed, and one complaint sets us back multiple sales. We really want to make sure you are satisfied, so we appreciate your willingness to work with us directly!
- Due to potential for abuse, once a digital item has been sent, we cannot issue a refund for it except to rectify our mistake. Once a coupon has been revealed, we cannot sell it a second time, because we can no longer guarantee its reliability.
- Please contact us with questions about items you are considering before finalizing your purchase. We are always glad to test the coupon on your planned purchase to make sure it works before you place an order with us.
- Due to Paypal policies, refunds will be reduced by 2.9% plus $0.30. This is because Paypal keeps 2.9% plus $0.30 of every refund they process.
